We are overwhelmed. We can no longer compartmentalize how or where we manage adversity. We have to carefully consider how each part of us is connected. When we do, it begins to make sense that one internal calamity can ring the alarms everywhere.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>And so today,  pause.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>In the pause, as we settle and rest here, we begin to reconnect the parts of us ourselves that have been systematically disintegrated &amp; discouraged.</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span>Because it is on purpose. </span></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span>Confusion means containment. When you&#8217;re spinning, you can&#8217;t speak.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>We know better. We are here to integrate that which is true. This takes time and practice. This takes a decision to sit in it and to stay. And stay we you must ~ anchored in the seat, strong in mind, quiet in motion. The answers will come to  us to show us you how we&#8217;ll to move in a world of chaos.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>We did not come here to dismiss any part of it. We are not here to ignore it. We are here to feel it all: to break, to bend and to dissolve into the darkness and to then witness the miracle of each particle of your light begin to rise like bubbles. To watch them reattach to one another and to behold the beauty and bounty of your business here.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>We have been called. Called to re-member ourselves now. To digest that which has been placed at the doorstep and to rise, anew. To put our pieces together in a way that best serves us ~ no one else in thought or mind. It&#8217;s miles of space...</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Space for all the stories people might tell about you now.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Space for the eyes that no longer see you the same.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Space for the echo of your own old story of unworthiness.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>And in that space, the easy thing to do is shrink. Armor up. To edit yourself until you&#8217;re something smaller, more palatable, more manageable.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Shame is a thief. Shame will steal the light from your eyes and suck the soul dry. It will ask you to carry the weight of every sideways glance, every opinion, every imagined headline of your demise.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>This is where the work of remembering comes in. Yet another chance to put the pieces back together. This is your chance to swim in the waters of uncertainty, of sadness and of judgement with your sense of Self . This is when we come to know that practice doesn&#8217;t make perfect, practice makes peace.</span></strong></p><p><em><strong><span>It is our job to give ourselves value. It is not reliant on anyone&#8217;s opinion of what we&#8217;ve done.</span></strong></em></p><p><strong><span>Dive into one of those stories on repeat of who you think you are and what you are worthy of. Perhaps the story is so old, so deeply embedded that you&#8217;re not sure where or even who it came from.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Though I can say for sure: it wasn&#8217;t you. We are born with the knowledge that we are special, valuable and one of a kind. We are born with it.
